THE "Q" CODE

Some of the same codes can be used for a question or an answer
or an instruction, so in order to avoid confusion when asking a
question it should be preceded by Interrogative (INT).
Thus INT QSA means "What is my signal strength?"
Whilst QSA 5 means "Your signal strength is strength 5."
